Jörg Lotz

Position: Managing Director

Education: Following his apprenticeship as a banker, Jörg Lotz studied and successfully completed his degree in business administration in Munich and Berkeley. He has been an entrepreneur in the real estate industry since 1989.In 1991, Jörg Lotz founded the company LOTZ CONSULTING.

Experience: Jörg Lotz is responsible for the realization of projects with a total volume of 100 million Euros and looks back on many years of experience in advising institutional investors. Jörg Lotz was in charge of the restructuring of Deutsche Immobilien Mangement GmbH for AGIV Group as well as the establishment of Gestrim Group for the French LAMY Group in Germany. Within the scope of operative and strategic consulting, Jörg Lotz has assumed various chairman and supervisory board mandates in the real estate sector.

Kathrin Lenz

Position: Authorised Representative and Signatory

Divisions: Tenancy management, management of owner´s associations, accounting, software adaptation for reporting

Education: Kathrin Lenz is a computer scientist (FH) and holds a degree in business administration (VWA).

Experience: She has worked for LOTZ CONSULTING since 1991. Kathrin Lenz shares responsibility for the successful project development of 300 flats and the development and management of real estate management.

 

 


Stéphanie Lotz-Pech

Position: Managing Director

Divisions: Institutional investors and property portfolios, commercial property management, letting/sales

Education: Stéphanie Lotz-Pech studied and successfully completed her degree in business administration at Sciences Po Paris and the University of California, Berkeley. She additionally holds a Master of International Affairs from the Université Paris Dauphine.

Experience: Stéphanie Lotz-Pech has been with LOTZ CONSULTING since 1994. She previously worked in the banking sector for the management consulting group CDC Paris (Caisse des Dépots et Consignation).
Stéphanie Lotz-Pech is responsible for the asset management, foreign investors and private equity.



Sandra Paukstadt

Position: Director of Communications & Organisation

Divisions: Organisation, corporate communications

Education: Sandra Paukstadt is a trained insurance broker.

Experience: She has worked for LOTZ CONSULTING since 2008. Sandra Paukstadt has many years of experience in due diligence, restructuring and the new establishment of real estate service companies as well as in communication with institutional contractors. She is authorised signatory of several affiliated companies (company management).

Previously, she held the position of director of the personnel and organisation department with Gestrim Deutschland AG.
